It&#8217;s sand!!!&#8221;.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Here&#8217;s my recipe for making superb textures for just a few Euros<\/h2>\n<p>I make a simple mixture that produces superb textures. You can adapt this recipe to suit your needs.<\/p>\n<p>I use :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gesso<\/li>\n<li>Sand<\/li>\n<li>Water (not mandatory)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Don&#8217;t know what Gesso is? Mixing<\/h2>\n<p>Mix sand and Gesso together using a painting knife.<\/p>\n<p>Once everything is well mixed, you can add sand as often as you like.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" needs<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on your needs, you can continue to add sand to your preparation until you achieve the desired result.<\/p>\n<h2>Apply your preparation to your canvas<\/h2>\n<p>Make sure your canvas is well<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cours-de-peinture.net\/ces-bouts-de-bois-derriere-un-tableau\/\"> stretched<\/a> before applying your mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Next, I recommend you apply your mixture using a painting knife.<\/p>\n<p>Then wait a few hours for the Gesso to dry and set the sand it contains.<\/p>\n<p>Then you can paint your picture with the colors and technique of your
